Before you start

Never send or attach the material itself. Tell us where it is instead: a server address, a file name, a job ID, or a link. That's enough for us to find it.
Child sexual abuse material is handled urgently. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the New Zealand Department of Internal Affairs and the police. Our staff never open the material. Please don't download, screenshot or forward it, even to us.
Copyright notices go to the customer. We forward the notice to the customer responsible for the material, including your name and contact details. That is how DMCA notices work: the customer needs them to respond or send a counter-notice.
